What you should know before downloading the app
Many users feel a little hesitant the first time they try to download the app — especially when it comes to enabling Unknown Sources on Android. Let us be clear: this is a completely safe process. The 11111bed APK is built to international security standards and is scanned for viruses on a regular basis.
The process for iOS users is slightly different but not difficult. Step-by-step instructions are available in our Help Center. If you run into any issues, our team is always ready to help via live chat.
The app is updated regularly, with each release bringing new features, performance improvements, and security patches. When you get an update notification, it's best not to delay — newer versions often come with special bonus offers.
What makes the 11111bed app different from the rest?
There are plenty of betting platforms in Bangladesh, but what sets the 11111bed app apart is its performance. The app runs smoothly even on a weak internet connection — we've specifically optimized it with Bangladesh's 3G networks in mind.
Another standout feature of the app is offline mode. If your connection drops temporarily, your bets won't be lost — everything syncs automatically once you're back online. This is one of the features users love most.
The 11111bed app also supports biometric login. Sign in within seconds using your fingerprint or Face ID — no more typing passwords. It's more secure, too.
App-exclusive tournaments are held every week, open only to app users. These tournaments feature large prize pools and better odds of winning since the competition is relatively smaller.
How do I reach customer support in the app?
You can reach customer support directly within the 11111bed app. Open the live chat from the Settings menu — our support team speaks Bengali and responds in an average of 30 seconds. A chatbot is also available for common questions with instant answers.
If you run into any issue with a deposit or withdrawal, you can submit a ticket directly within the app. It's typically resolved within 2 hours. Our goal is to make sure no problem ever disrupts your betting experience.
App Bonuses & Promotions
Download the 11111bed app and receive a special welcome bonus on your first time. On top of that, a reload bonus is available for app users every Monday, and a cashback offer is credited directly to your account every Friday. Keep push notifications on so you're always first to hear about these offers.
