These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 11111bed platform and you ("you", the user). By opening an account on 11111bed or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

In these Terms, "11111bed", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating the 11111bed platform. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the 11111bed website or app.

"Platform" refers collectively to the 11111bed website (11111bed.click), mobile app, and associated services. "Bet" refers to any wager placed through the platform. "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a user's account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be settled through the appropriate judicial authority.

To open an account on 11111bed, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must have a valid mobile number registered in your own name — registering with someone else's number is not permitted.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.

After registration, 11111bed reserves the right to verify your information. For large withdrawal amounts, a copy of your National ID or Birth Registration Certificate may be requested as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. 11111bed will not be held liable for any consequences arising from sharing this information or from unauthorised access to your account.

To deposit at 11111bed, you can use Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers. Any new payment methods added will be announced on the platform.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Maximum deposit: determined by the user's account tier.
• Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within 1–5 minutes.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using another person's number or account may be cancelled.

Keep a transaction reference number for every deposit. If you run into an issue, sharing this number with support will speed up the resolution. If a deposit takes longer than 15 minutes, please contact support.

To withdraw from 11111bed, your account must have a completed KYC verification. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• National ID verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals may take between 1–24 hours to process.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

If unusual betting patterns, suspicious transactions, or potential fraud are detected, 11111bed reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation. If the account is cleared, payment will be released within the specified timeframe.

Before placing any bets on 11111bed, please familiarize yourself with the key rules below:

• Bet Confirmation: Once the "Place Bet" button is clicked, the bet is considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified except in the case of a technical error.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. No adjustment will be made if the odds increase afterwards.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded to your wallet.
• Result Disputes: In the event of any dispute regarding a result, the decision of 11111bed shall be considered final.
• Live Betting: 11111bed is not liable for delays in live betting caused by internet connectivity issues.

11111bed reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns and withhold payouts where necessary. Placing bets using information obtained through match-fixing or any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited.

11111bed periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• Wagering Requirements: A minimum number of bets must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Eligibility: No more than one bonus may be claimed from the same household or the same device.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or providing false information to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Right to Amend: 11111bed reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

In the event of any bonus-related dispute, 11111bed's decision is final. If bonus abuse is confirmed, the entire account balance may be voided.

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Placing bets using software bots or any automated method.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using inside information about a match or event.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Placing bets on behalf of or facilitating betting for anyone under 18 years of age.

11111bed reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification, or providing false information.
• In the event of suspicious transactions or potential fraud.
• Engaging in any prohibited activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw your balance before requesting account closure.

For inactive accounts, an inactivity fee of up to ৳50 per month may be charged after 12 months. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

11111bed believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We want all our users to play responsibly and within their means.

11111bed provides the following features free of charge to all users:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a cap on the maximum stake you can place at any one time.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for a set period or permanently.
